It seems certain individuals cannot control themselves when given the freedom to express and say how they feel under the guise of ‘anonymous’.I have allowed freedom of speech on this blog from the very beginning, regardless of where you ‘stand’ and what I really did not expect from anybody commenting on here were the childish comments, petty spats and diversion tactics being used.
I would like to suggest to those who are content to hide behind 'anonymous' and abuse these posts to either read or comment on material that is to your intellectual preference such as OK magazine, or simply refrain from commenting alltogether.
If childish comments are continued to be made on other posts I will have no choice but to move them here, where you can throw rocks amongst yourselves. I will also be left with no alternative but to remove the anonymous comment option, as I like everybody else am sick of reading the same old tosh.

There are those of quite capable of conversing in a civil manner whilst using the anonymous tag!

ReplyDeleteAnd there are those that do not - in fact looking at the spelling the words used and the approach i think it is quite common place to post as anon and the agree as a signed in user and keep the debate going
ReplyDeleteHaving witnessed the abuse that people are subjected to I can perfectly understand why people are signing in as anon.
ReplyDeleteIt sadly seems there are now only a very few contributors willing to put claim to their comments which sadly does little to promote the principle of 'free speech' here.
PMSL!!! Wondered how long it would be before Vikky reverted to the default tactic on her forum of banning people from talking about anything contentious and deleting posts and threads that show UKPR up for what they are.
